The importance of knowing how to spar effectively cannot be overstated. Regardless of your preferred martial art, sparring is the best way to bridge the gap between training and application. If done correctly, it builds the confidence and ability needed to handle a hostile assault.
It is our intent to develop every student safely, using a method of instruction that is both scientific and systematic. Training consists of learning to use the heavy bag, focus mitts, shadow boxing and how to work with a training partner.
