TTM founders, Mark O'Dell and Mark Houston, worked as personal trainers for 24 Hr. Fitness from 2005 - 2008, and during that time attained the following certifications:

No 'bells and whistles' here, just good, common sense training. All exercises are custom fitted to match the fitness level of the individual. Our programs are based on simple exercises using free weights and body weight for resistance and have been vetted by a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist.
